Offering both the luxury of a private residence, and the comfort of a modern day apartment, '92A' is ambivalent in its design typology yet well constituted and balanced in actuality. 

The material palette for the residence consists of wood, rich fabrics and wallpapers with mirror finish and brushed finish gold accents. 

Wherein, the program of the house has been divided into two spaces; a private and social space. The personal space includes the bedrooms and the small lounges; providing privacy and space for the family to spend time together. On the other hand, the social space includes an art gallery that feature the client's artworks, as well as a large living space to accommodate for larger gatherings.
